Terms of Service
Effective Date: October 2026 | Last Updated: October 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, subscribing to a paid tier, or accessing HostSynk SaaS software and cloud booking widgets ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or hotel property, you represent that you hold the legal authority to bind that entity.
2. Service Provision & 99.99% Cloud SLA
HostSynk will provide the SaaS platform, multi-calendar interface, and booking engine in accordance with your chosen plan tier. For Professional and Enterprise subscriptions, HostSynk targets a 99.99% uptime availability for core reservation APIs, excluding pre-announced maintenance windows scheduled during low-traffic periods.
3. Channel Synchronization & Third-Party OTAs
HostSynk provides high-speed bidirectional iCal and direct API sync with third-party platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, and Agoda. While our synchronization algorithms operate on sub-minute intervals, you acknowledge that third-party OTA system latency or rate-limiting outside of HostSynk's control may periodically impact calendar refresh rates. Hosts remain responsible for reviewing calendar rules during catastrophic OTA platform outages.
4. Zero Direct Booking Commission
HostSynk does not assess any percentage commission on bookings made via your direct booking website or embeddable widget. You retain 100% of guest payments minus your independent payment gateway processing fees (e.g., standard merchant processing charges assessed by Razorpay or Stripe).
5. Subscription Billing, Upgrades & Cancellations
Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time via your account portal. Upon cancellation, your account will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
6. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to utilize HostSynk for unlawful lodging listings, fraudulent credit card transactions, unauthorized spam distribution via automated messaging channels, or any activity that compromises the security or integrity of our shared cloud infrastructure.
