1. 14-Day Free Trial
We believe every host should evaluate HostSynk risk-free. All new accounts come with a fully functional 14-day free trial without requiring credit card details. You will only be billed if you deliberately select and activate a paid plan.
2. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your recurring subscription at any time directly through your HostSynk billing dashboard or by emailing billing@hostsynk.com. Upon cancellation, your access will continue unimpeded until the conclusion of your prepaid billing period.
3. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee (First Paid Term)
If you subscribe to any HostSynk monthly or annual plan for the first time and find that our platform does not suit your operational needs, you may request a 100% full refund within 7 calendar days of your initial payment. We will refund the transaction with zero hassle.
4. Refund Processing Timelines
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method (Credit Card, Net Banking, or UPI) within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your bank's settlement cycle.
5. Guest Accommodation Disputes
Please note that HostSynk provides the technology platform and does not act as a booking intermediary. Any guest refund or cancellation requests for room stays are governed by the individual property's guest cancellation policy as established by the host.
